Planting season is over. Time to harvest! Our first Sunday off since moving to New Castle Gardens was spent busy in the garden and kitchen. With a little help from neighbors, our Sunday evening dinner was a beautiful and tasty success!

Houston Mountain Ranch Dinner
Houston Mountain Ranch is a nearby organic ranch with grass-fed meats, free-range organic eggs & chickens, heritage fruits and vegetables and more! Our Sunday meal was made with their raw milk, raw butter, and GIANT chicken. The garlic was given to us by a neighbor and the lettuce for our salads came from our flower garden.
